Hi, I’m Tahmeka Thompson, the founder of Elevate PM Solutions. With over a decade of experience in project management, operations, and process development, I’ve honed my skills as a Director of Operations, Project Manager and Product Manager working with teams in both the public and private sectors. I’ve managed everything from product backlogs and cross-functional teams to program strategies that drive efficiency and growth.

My expertise spans Agile methodologies, client relationship management, and strategic planning, which I now use to help small and minority-owned businesses streamline operations and execute critical projects. I am a certified Project Management Professional and a certified Professional Scrum Master.
